Puligny Montrachet
Today we had the opportunity to visit the various areas around Beaune. This includes the famous Montrachet area of Puligny-Montrachet, where the GREATEST white wines in the world are brought about. We had lunch at le Montrachet an unbelievable hotel and restuarant. Our lunch was around 2 1/2 hours which is about right for around here.
Puligny Montrachet is a small village in the Cote de Ore area and is a highlight of our time so far.
