We really appreciate those that have joined us and followed us on our adventures in 2011, 12, 13 and 14. It was truly amazing.....so, please follow us in 2015 and review the postings and enjoy as we do. For 2015, we will travel back to Bandol. Chalon sur Saone Market
A look around the market which is in the Cathedral square. Would like to know if anybody understands or can explain the white asparagus. We bought some and grilled and it was like eating straw. How do we cook these monsters?
Peel off the top layer and boil or steam them. Hollandaise sauce drizzled over the top of them is delicious! :)
