Don't call us late or we will call you early

Time difference between Dallas and Chalon sur Saone is 7 hours.........add another two for Arizona. We will have our phones and access email. However, if you call us in your evening (our middle of the night), I will make sure to call you back early in the morning which will be your middle of the night. Fair??
