Merguez Sausage

Tonight we had Merguez Sausage that I understand is a Moroccan sausage that is a French speciality (I guess it has something to do with the old French Colonies).  We grilled the sausage and added them after the fact to a potion of cubed potatoes, tomatoes, wine, butter, red peppers, onions.  The sauce was the best I ever had.  If we could somehow bottle the sauce it would be a best seller, top shelf, at Williams Sonoma.

By the way, a little French bread to sop up the sauce is pretty darn good.  They do know how to do bread here.
