Yes, the cruises on the Seine are very touristy, but they are still a wonderful way to see the city without walking everywhere. We headed across the street from our apartments and hopped on and enjoyed a fun cruise one evening in Paris.
London was fascinated with all the bridges and wanted to touch each one. In case you haven't noticed, there are ALOT of bridges in Paris. Steve definitely got an upper body workout lifting her up to 'touch' each bridge!
