LeClerc (French Walmart) Shopping & Awaiting the Simpsons Arrival

Today we start the day off with a trip to our favorite shopping destination - Le Clerc! It's a girls only trip so we can take our time and not be rushed (and Stephen so he can get his birthday sunglasses). We load into the mini van and head out. Of course our stops include a boulangerie visit as well for dessert. We are getting our supplies to prepare dinner for the Simpsons arrival at the chateau. The will certainly be tired from traveling so a dinner at home should be perfect.

Our adventure at LeClerc started when we were shopping for Stephen's sunglasses and we learned that LeClerc offers a loyalty discount card so we HAD to get one. Little did we know that the process was quite involved and formal requiring passports and long applications. (Nothing like obtaining a Tom Thumb card at home) So we took advantage of the paninis offered at the LeClerc cafe while we completed the process. Saving money is hard work and made us hungry.

Now it's time to head back to the chateau to prepare dinner and wait for the Simpsons to arrive. It was a relaxing and fun day with LeClerc shopping, dinner, games and pony feedings.

London is patiently waiting for her friend Emory to arrive so she can document it with her camera.
