Loire Valley - Amboise and Vouvray

To a little tour down to Loire Valley.  We started out in Amboise and ended up in Vouvray which is known for its white wines.  We had the opportunity to do a tasting and then toured their caves (Marc Bredif) which were dug over a 300 year period from 10-13th century.  We were educated on the bottling of sparkling wines (aka Champagne) and got to view some bottles in process.  They turn each bottle a quarter turn everyday.  2 guys turn 10,000 bottles in 1 1/2 hours.
